​​​​I'm Jenna Annas, a certified grief coach, Air Force veteran, Speech Language Pathologist and emotional wellness advocate. Inspired by my own journey through loss, I provide creative arts, sound wellness, and mindset coaching to help others find peace and resilience. With a background in communication, emotional processing, and therapeutic arts, I support individuals and organizations and corporate workplaces. Guided by my belief that “hope lives in today,” I create safe spaces for transformation and growth, empowering individuals and workplaces to face challenges and build a purposeful future

Personal Transformation Journey

My journey through grief is both personal and profound. In 2005, I lost my son Joshua suddenly and unexpectedly, leaving me shattered and searching for a way to make sense of life again. Years later, in 2019, I faced another devastating loss when my son Noah passed due to preterm labor complications, a heartbreak that felt incomprehensible. accompanied by the death of my parents 3.5 years apart, my grief runs deep. Through these experiences, I’ve learned that healing is not about moving on but about moving forward with new strength and purpose.

This journey revealed a deep calling within me to provide others with life-changing tools to transform their lives into growth and resilience. At Happy Hope wellness, I am dedicated to helping others find the support, growth, and hope they need to rebuild their lives. It is this journey that allows me to connect with others who are experiencing everyday challenges to profound grief/trauma, offering them a compassionate and authentic space to transform.

Approach & Philosophy

My philosophy supports individual, community, and business wellness by blending mindset work, emotional intelligence, and nervous system regulation. Whether in one-on-one sessions, group experiences, or workplace programs, my approach helps people feel grounded, connected, and empowered to live with intention.

I believe that when we understand how our thoughts, emotions, and physiology work together, we unlock the ability to shift from overwhelm to clarity, from survival mode to purposeful living. My work integrates creative expression, evidence-informed nervous system practices, and accessible tools that support long-term resilience and well-being.

Through coaching, creative wellness, and sound-based practices, I guide you toward emotional release, acceptance, and personal growth. Together, we create space to reset, realign, and transform challenges into stepping stones for a more peaceful, purposeful, and aligned future.
